While most people clean their carpets frequently, few clean their furniture with the same regularity. Perhaps that's because furniture doesn't show dirt and spills the way carpet does. Your furniture may look clean, but in reality it acts like a filter for all the dust, dirt and allergens in the air. Without proper maintenance, these particulates will accumulate, causing your furniture to lose the vitality it once had.

To help improve the indoor air quality of your home and keep your furniture looking fresh and vibrant, your furniture should be cleaned every 12 to 24 months. You will be amazed at how great your upholstery will look after a thorough cleaning by Colorado Cleaning & Restoration.

Wet Cleaning Process

Your furniture will be inspected to determine what condition it is in, and type of cleaning is needed. A protective tarp will be placed under the furniture to protect your floors.

After all equipment is set up your entire furniture including the body, cushions, and pillows that came with the furniture will be pre-sprayed with a high quality pre-conditioner to emulsify the soils in the fabric.

The furniture is thoroughly cleaned using a special upholstery head that is attached to a truckmounted system which heats the neutralizing rinse to 240 degrees.
After cleaning, a dry pass is performed with the upholstery head to ensure maximum soil removal and fast dry times are accomplished.
All furniture will then be put back in place and cushions and pillows will be teepeed so they can dry on all sides.
